•⁠  ⁠You may inspect your order in the presence of the delivery representative before they leave to verify the quality of the products and the size, while paying the shipping fee.

•⁠  ⁠Returns are not allowed after the delivery representative has left, for any reason.

•⁠  ⁠Partial acceptance of orders is not permitted.

•⁠  ⁠If the customer does not answer phone calls, the phone number is unavailable, or the order is canceled after it has been shipped, the prepaid shipping fee is non-refundable.

سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع

•⁠  ⁠يُسمح بفتح الطلب أمام المندوب قبل مغادرته للتأكد من جودة الخامات والمقاس، مع سداد رسوم الشحن.

•⁠  ⁠لا يُتاح الاسترجاع بعد مغادرة المندوب لأي سبب.

•⁠  ⁠غير مسموح بالاستلام الجزئي للطلبات.

•⁠  ⁠في حالة عدم الرد على الهاتف، أو كون الرقم غير متاح، أو إلغاء الطلب مع المندوب بعد شحنه من طرفنا، لا يمكن استرداد قيمة الشحن المدفوعة مسبقًا.
