Shipping & Delivery Policy
In case the customer does not answer the phone, is unreachable, or cancels the order after it has been dispatched from our facility, the prepaid shipping fee is non-refundable.

Exchange & Return Policy
• Product inspection is allowed only while the delivery courier is present.
• If the customer refuses to receive the order while the courier is present, the customer bears the shipping cost only.
• No returns or exchanges are accepted after the courier leaves.
• Partial order delivery is not allowed under any circumstances.

في حال عدم الرد على الهاتف، أو تعذّر الوصول إلى العميل، أو قيام العميل بإلغاء الطلب بعد شحنه وخروجه من مقرنا، فإن قيمة الشحن المدفوعة مسبقًا غير قابلة

سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع
• يتم معاينة المنتج أثناء وجود مندوب الشحن فقط.
• في حال رفض استلام المنتج أثناء وجود المندوب، يتحمل العميل مصاريف الشحن فقط.
• لا يُسمح بالاسترجاع أو الاستبدال بعد مغادرة مندوب الشحن.
• غير مسموح بالاستلام الجزئي للطلب تحت أي ظرف.
